Ziv Peled, MD

Dr. Ziv M. Peled, MD, a Board-Certified plastic surgeon, trained extensively in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. Graduated from UConn School of Medicine with honors, completed general surgical training and a research fellowship at Stanford University. Awarded a 5-year NIH grant for keloid biology research. Residency at Harvard University, specializing in peripheral nerve surgery at the Dellon Institute. Board-Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Dr. Peled not only performs aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries but also co-founded a nerve surgery institute in San Francisco. His specialized training allows him to conduct unique procedures that help restore feeling and reduce pain in patients with chronic headaches like migraines and neuropathy from various conditions. Dr. Peled is involved in migraine surgery and educates other surgeons at an annual international meeting. He has received awards for his innovative approaches to treating headaches and sensation-preserving mastectomy. Additionally, he contributes as an editor for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery publications and has volunteered for charitable surgery missions in South America. Outside of work, he competes in triathlons.

Cary-Anne

As Practice Manager, Cary-Anne coordinates the operative schedule for the numerous patients and guests who visit Peled Migraine Surgery and Peled Plastic Surgery from all over the US and the world. She has been with the practice for over 12 years. This breadth of experience combined with her detail-oriented nature, provides our patients with an effortless and pleasant experience from their initial consult through their post-surgical appointments. Cary-Anne’s quiet and calming demeanor is warm and professional, helping her to skillfully manage a myriad of patient needs as they proceed through treatment.
Cary-Anne was born in San Francisco and grew up in Marin County. She is an avid world traveler and photography enthusiast. She received her medical assisting degree in 2008 and has experience in the field of aesthetic dermatology. She enjoys working with patients to achieve their goals with Dr. Peled.

Alejandra

As an office coordinator and co-case liaison, Alejandra plays a crucial role in assisting patients not only with appointment and surgery scheduling but also with insurance inquiries and authorization processes. Her deep-rooted belief in the significance of empathy is evident in the compassionate manner when she interacts with each patient, recognizing the individuality of their stories.

Alejandra attained her Bachelor’s of Science in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley with Cum Laude honors in 2022.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Alejandra finds joy in exploring various hobbies like visiting new coffee shops, enjoying beach outings, embarking on hikes, and indulging in the art of baking.

Ella

As our dedicated office coordinator, Ella ensures seamless appointment scheduling and delivers outstanding patient service. Her commitment to providing exceptional patient service shines through her empathetic approach and dedication to addressing patient needs with care and efficiency With a deep understanding of human behavior and a knack for fostering connections, Ella creates a supportive atmosphere for patients, working to enrich their experience at every turn.

Ella graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology on the Pre-Med path from University of California, Berkeley with Cum Laude honors in 2022.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ella enjoys engaging in various hobbies such as refining her baking skills, finishing a good book, working on puzzles, and spending time with friends and family.
